Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit gymnastics. At the age of 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her pro card to pursue the education. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. In 2009 she won several fitness awards. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took 6 years to finish her education after earning the Pro Card. In October 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she placed third. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more than happy of the result. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise is the back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. Ariel will warm-up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. Converting all the back exercises into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
